The 2022 Exhibitor Awards are open to all Dowerin GWN7 Machinery Field Days exhibitors.
The awards enable our exhibitors to showcase their achievements and efforts.
The theme of the awards embodies the Dowerin GWN7 Machinery Field Days tagline of;
Growing industry.
Seeding connections.
Cultivating community.
As a general guide, the judges are looking for great storytelling about how your business is supporting the agricultural industry and its farming communities, plus impressive displays and activation of sites that enhances engagement with visitors.
With so much effort put into activating your site, entering the awards gives you the ability to showcase the calibre of your exhibition and be rewarded and acknowledged for your efforts!
Each award winner will be promoted through various marketing platforms.
TIMELINES
Friday 12 August Entries close at 5pm WST
Wednesday 24 August Judging of exhibitor sites at the Dowerin GWN7 Machinery Field Days
Wednesday 24 August Winners announced and awards presentation at 3.30pm.
Wednesday 31 August Winners shared across Dowerin GWN7 Machinery Field Days marketing platforms.
JUDGING CRITERIA
- Tell us your story (max 500 words) 25% weighting
- Tell us what the Dowerin GWN7 Machinery Field Days tagline means to your business (max 250 words). 25% weighting
- Show us how great your site is! 50% weighting
The judges will assess your display and activation and how best you “show” what was described in points 1 and 2.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All entries must be submitted online
- All entries must be a current paid exhibitor of the 2022 Dowerin GWN7 Machinery Field Days.
- Exhibitors can enter more than one category.
- All completed online entry submissions must be submitted before 5:00pm WST on Friday 12 August.
- All entries are confidential.
- Judges will visit exhibitor sites at any time on Wednesday 24 August to complete scoresheet.
- The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
