April 2022 Update

   12 Apr 2022

It has been a busy two weeks since we launched online applications.

The Wheatbelt has seen decent downpours of rain, with certain parts receiving more than 100mm in the gauge. Seeding for 2022 has started already for some!

Agriculture has been on the national agenda with both Scott Morrison and Anthony Albanese speaking at the National Farmers Federation conference in Canberra last week. The NFF outlined their five key priorities that a future government needs to deliver on to support our regions.

Here at the Field Days we are proud to do our bit to highlight the growth trajectory that Ag is on and provide a platform for the entire supply chain of products and services to come together.

Thank you to those exhibitors that have already confirmed their attendance. We are pleased to see some newcomers on the list. Early indications from some past exhibitors is that they are planning to go big this year. This is indeed exciting news and will be a great showcase for the industry and provide a greater event experience for our visitors.

We are pleased to introduce the Dowerin GWN7 Machinery Field Days board as endorsed at last nights annual general meeting. Thank you to outgoing chair Ashley Jones for your tireless dedication and support over the years and we welcome Josh Ward into the role.
