Danny Green to be a Big Hit in Dowerin

WORLD Champion boxer Danny Green will be heading to the Wheatbelt this August to be a part of the 2010 Dowerin GWN Machinery Field Days.
Visitors will have the rare opportunity to meet the “Green Machine” himself in the new Carsales.com.au Motoring Arena from Midday on Wednesday the 25th of August.
Dowerin Field Days chairman Philip Metcalf said the committee was extremely excited to have such a high profile celebrity attending the event.
“As a car enthusiast himself, we couldn’t think of anyone better to be a part of our new Carsales Motoring Arena than Danny Green,” Mr Metcalf said.
“He is such a valued Western Australian icon, and one we expect, will be a huge drawcard to our event.
“It is not every day that visitors to the Wheatbelt get to meet such a well known celebrity, and we are sure that anyone who misses out on this opportunity will be absolutely kicking themselves!”
Danny Green will appear on the Carsales.com.au site, in the Motoring Arena from 12.00pm until 3.00pm on Wednesday the 25th of August.
